The Milton Group
Our client, The Milton Group (commercial property investment), asked for trees on a site in South London to be inspected to check health and condition. A large Turkey Oak was found to have a number of structural weaknesses and evidence of a pathogen which would ultimately kill the tree.
With a high potential for failure in strong winds, a limited lifespan and its proximity to the adjacent property, it was decided to fell the tree. We dismantled the tree safely using a crane to hold and move the larger stem sections- a big thank you to Coussens Cranes for a great service as always!
We planted 5 new trees to fill the gap left by removing the tree, and to maintain an ongoing tree stock for the future.

Michael Rogers Property Management
We were asked by commercial property consultants, Michael Rogers Property Management, to inspect an Oak tree for their client at a site near Horsham.
Unfortunately, the tree had died and become unstable with a high risk of it falling on to the adjacent highway. Shortly afterwards, we attended site and dismantled the tree using an access platform, clearing all arisings from site with our Unimog and Hiab crane.
